Ellis I (Rain Man)'s Bio

My brother in law and I attended Tennessee Truck Driving School, we started July 6th 2015 and graduated on July 24th 2015

I love God, my family, my country and BBQ :)

I like stuff from all generes of music.

I've been interested in trucking since I was about 7 or 8 years old watching 10 wheelers haul coal past my house. Always enjoy the air horns. I pump my arm up an down like crazy. I think they thought I was going to hurt myself pumping so wildly that let the horns go before I could raise my arms, lol I would even do it out on the playground at school when they'd drive by.

In my teenage years I used to ride with a couple different family friends hauling logs from the hills of East Kentucky to sawmills in Chillicothe Ohio and Bluefield West Virginia. I was in love.

When I was about 18 I went on the road with my cousin who drove for USA Truck, if I remember right.

I made my first trip to St. Petersburg Florida and up the east coast to Baltimore MD and back over to Youngstown Ohio and then back home.

I was planning on heading west with him to Kansas and beyond but my Dad got sick, so I stayed home and dreamed about trucking ever since.

Here I am now at 36 years and I figured it was time, so I mentioned to brother in law and asked him if he wanted to team drive and he was all in.

God Bless

On the bus headed to Springfield, Prime training.

I got my DOT physical here in Kentucky on June 4 2015, it is required before you can even take the CDL permit test.

I took my CDL permit test on June 16 and passed it with Tanker and Doubles/Triples endorsements (by using the High Road Training Program)

Will Prime require me to take another DOT physical?

CDL PERMIT TEST - High Road Training Program

Thank you so much for this awesome program.

Passed my Class A CDL PERMIT TEST with ease.

Got Tanker and Double/Triples endorsements and only study those once.

Thanks again and I highly recommend this program to anyone needing their CDL PERMIT. :)

GOD BLESS
