Starting orientation with Schneider National

Hello all, My name is Rodrick AKA Trucker Rod lol. I will be working for Schneider Bulk division. I'm Retired Army, drive trucks for over 5yrs. Never five Tankers before, but I'm excited to learn. I start trading in Pittsburgh, PA on 8 June. What can I expect there? Is it true you have to be clean shaven? Is the training great? Would like to know everything there is to know about dubbing a tanker, thanks again.
