OK, took a step back and a deep breath. Called another company. I meet all requirements. I told them straight - lack of employment verification. The recruiter said, just put down unemployed. There's a form you fill out, it gets filed, and your done. As I'm writing this they are doing the background and license check. He told me to expect a job offer in writing by the end of the day. Maybe will make it past zero miles afterall.
Grinding into first.

Thank you for helping to answer this question. Just got off the phone with the superviser and the recruitor. They have enough applicants that they are not interested in me. Bottom line is I cannot verify three years employment. So, I guess (in reference to the "two feet" in another post) mine is the shortest trip in professional driver history - zero feet. Apparently, trucking is NOT in my future. Best of luck to all of you and DRIVE SAFELY.

Yes. Went personally to local IRS office and obtained these very transcripts. Then Faxed to the recruiter. Her reply is that these are not W2 and therefore unacceptable.

This is the explanation sent to the recruiter: "The following is an excerpt from Intuit Turbo Tax website:
Self employed people are responsible for paying the same federal taxes as everyone else. The difference is that they don’t have an employer to withhold money from their paycheck and send it to the IRS – or to share the burden of paying Social Security and Medicare taxes. Self employed people must keep track of their own income, estimate how much tax they owe, and in most cases, makes estimated tax payments throughout the year.
When you work for someone else, you get a W-2 form from your employer at the end of the year telling you exactly how much money you made.
When you’re self-employed, you have to figure that out yourself. That means you must keep accurate records of how much money you earn for the work you do how much you spend to operate your business. This record keeping is solely your responsibility. At tax time use Schedules C and SE to report your income. Working as an independent contractor, you can expect to receive 1099 form from your clients."
Here is the reply: "THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN ACCEPT. IRS Transcript Wage & Income for the years you were self-employed (this is required) NOT TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT these don’t have the company name on them."

The Prime recruiter has repeatedly turned down my documentation of Form C and SE and 1099 even as transcripts for the IRS. She says they can ONLY accept three years of W2. I do not have any W2s - period. zip, nada, zilch. None. How can I get past this hurdle and go to orientation?
I'm 60 years old. Own my home (no mortgage), own my cars(no payments). I take care of my property and my rental and turn in my tax information at the end of the year by submitting Schedule C and SE, also did some independent contractor work last year and got a 1099, but no W2 (no employer).
The tone from the recruiter sounds like she is going to deny my application because of it.
Hopefully someone will know the answer. Thanks for answering.
