Been doing regional , home one day per week. Transferred to dedicated account giving me more miles but they reduced my pay by .06 per mile and eliminated the per dium pay. Is this legal ?

Per dium pay taken away
Yes , I'm home a few nights per week now. But back down to my starting pay from last Nov. thou. Getting 2000-2600 miles per week now.
