I like what I have read about the training program and the 2 drives I talk too did not really have. Lot of bad things to say then normal otr bashing about not getting home.

I have this one and it does real good with background noise. But check around on the web i think you can get it for cheaper the 99.

Decker does hire right out of school, but they only take certain schools and NOT others. Other trucking companies have similar rules. For example, Decker will take Iowa Central C.C. Truck Driving School, but Crete won't.

Basically, it depends on which Truck Driving School you went to.

Call them, and see if they'll take you.

Has any one heard of Decker or work for them. i had an local guy say they hire non experience drivers right out of school.
