I carry dumbbells in the truck. Depending on your tractor you can also put your feet on the bunk and do pushups with your hands on the seats. You are already doing a good diet... Just park as far from the truck stop building as you can. Stay safe!

Been there and done that myself last month on 84 in Oregon. Exact same situation - empty trailer and windy and barely had time to react. Will never drive an empty in those conditions again. Glad you're ok.

What do you/will you miss the most?
Being able to play music. At some point I am going to find a portable keyboard so I can keep in practice during my downtime.

Aww man wish I could of gone out with my original trainer. This guy does things much differently and keeps yelling at ne I'm doing everything wrong.

692 Speed limited to 70. From Han**** WI to Jackson OH. Rolled into the truck stop with 6 minutes left on my clock.
