I'm not an over the road driver. I do drive to clean streets of snow and ice. We have both single and tandem dumps.

I know this isn't directly trucking related, but my pick up broke down recently and unfortunately it won't run anymore (Got 230,000 miles out of it though!). I've always wanted a jeep wrangler and was thinking about purchasing that's been pre-owned.
Does anyone have any tips/information/advice on them? Just curious.
Thanks!
I now have an 02 grand cherokee, and before it I drove a 93 grand cherokee. I got 300k out of the 93. Did several modifications on the 93, and it never needed more than the usual maintenance. I've had my 02 for a couple years and it seems to be just as reliable. I'm modifying it too, just not as much. I suppose I'm saying the Jeep brand has been good for me. As far as wranglers go, I'd definitely have to compare the large newer body style with the smaller version built before 2008. Oh, and be warned -- JEEP is an acronym -- it stands for Just Empty Every Pocket. There's too many neat ways to go about making your Jeep unique.

CDL law
Alright, we have our CDL and we want to know if we need anything in particular to have with us while we operate the truck. Things like logs for timekeeping and maintenance. I drive in a municipality, under union contract. A line of our agreement says if we lose our licence we lose our job. As the shop steward I'm looking for ways to protect myself and my co-workers.
