Honestly, I just went through Covenant's training and upgraded only to find out that they wouldn't hire my husband due to a public intoxication misdemeanor from 2014. I had no idea that would be an issue with so many companies, but it is.

Hey all, I need some input. My husband and I currently have offers from Swift, Schneider, and Prime as company team drivers. We had some issues with a misdemeanor and were turned down by a lot of companies so this is it. Looking for any input about teaming at these companies. I'm aware of their pay scales but wondering which companies take care of their teams and give them decent miles to run? Thanks!
