Getting into trucking.

Hello, my name is Patrick. I am 21 years of age. I have been or will have been driving a regular vehicle for 1 year as of may 7 2013. I have no traffic violations and have only been pulled over because my tailights were dim. I am wanting to get into trucking as my family back is is almost all truckers. I live in southern AZ around Phoenix. I currently make $200 a month and cant afford to pay for cdl school. Do you know of any company that is somewhere near me that will pay for my tuition for time working for the company?
