I see almost everyone is concerned about the virus. I too would to see things get back to normal. I don’t have time for a lot of entertainment but I just got kicked off at&t 35 a month plan. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Every option I’ve found are 100 a month and up.

Sorry to have left everyone waiting. I started with XPO. I believe they are a good starter company. I also think I should have been given another trainer. After three weeks and over seven thousand miles with a trainer I was told he wouldn't recommend I be upgraded. So basically fired. I was assigned a driver adviser. Never got a call from him or ever got to talk to him when I called. I didn't have any problems with my trainer. I just always felt rushed, sort of like driving miss Daisy. I wish to thank everyone for your concern.

My truck driving career just ended.

Way to go Sam! Was in Memphis yesterday, now just south of St. Joseph. Congratulations and keep the wheels rolling.

Started to Joplin two weeks today. Orientation Monday, drug test. Tuesday drive and backing test. Wednesday introduced to XPO polices. Thursday basically told we are hired and who our finisher (trainer) is. Went to safety meeting Friday. Met trainer Saturday. Sunday got on truck and trainer drove load to Mt. Vernon.Monday I started driving and backed into the dock for live unload. Then drove to next pickup. Took that load to Nebraska. Picked up in Omaha for Tuesday delivery. Tuesday morning woke up to leaky windshield. Spent Tuesday at truck shop. Wednesday delivered Tuesday's load in Cleveland. Thursday picked up HM in Pennsylvania for tomorrow in Corsicana Tx. Today for first week I have a bit over 2800 miles and close to twenty hour's left on my clock. No team diving. I've bumped all docks, dropped and coupled all drop and hook. Performed pre trip every morning, drove all but about 150 miles.

Hi Sam, was wishing you would see and comment. Talked to finisher this afternoon. He is in Ft. Worth. Goes on board in the morning. He is highlighted to joplin. Expecting a call soon as he knows his pickup. Really think I've made the perfect choice by starting with XPO. A few amenitys in the truck would be great. Haven't had time to do much on here since I started school back in May. Going to a safety meeting tomorrow. Oh the finisher really sounded good several years experience and very knowledgeable.

Wow! And I got to joplin on the fourteenth. Just missed it. But thats my luck, day late dollar short.

Second day of orientation at XPO. Performed driving and backing procedures. Two more days before I start my wait for a trainer. Called finisher at XPO.

Yea!! I knew you would! Isn't that a great feeling when you park on the apron, knowing you did good, but still a bit nervious waiting. Which parallel did you get? You know Kathy that was in my class went to Crete. Her sister drives for Crete and they plan to team. Well good luck and let us know how after school training goes.
