Bunk ac not blowing cold.

It blows the temp it is outside. I found the tubing under the cab that runs back there and they arent hot or cold.

Bunk ac not blowing cold.

I drive a 2010 international prostar. My cab ac blows cold but the bunk ac does not. I have turn the knob that goes to tbe heater coil off. Is there anything else i should try . Im trying to stay out of the shop.
