Exercise
i just had a question for the experienced drivers on this site. that is how do you stay in shape? i like to eat an extremely healthy high protein low fat diet i am a former infantry Marine and mixed martial arts fighter so i like to maintain my lean appearance at the very least. is this possible while driving a truck for a living? any tips would be appreciated.
