A mixture of emotions as orientation date approaches.....
......in ten days....I leave Sunday, Feb. 7th for Omaha, NE to start my orientation and training with Werner on Monday, Feb. 8th. Whew!!! Find myself feeling excited yet in the next breath, I'm nervous, a little anxious and scared. I know, I know, put your big girl panties on Lynn...right?!! Just starting to pack and gather needed documentation etc. ~Each day, a new beginning.~ As much as I've wanted this career since high school and it's finally becoming a reality, I guess the emotions I'm feeling are probably the norm. *lets out breath* LOL I'll be in touch. In the meantime, drive safe.
You will do it!

Thank you for the quick reply. I did a search on this site and googled them for employee reviews. I found very little compared to the other training schools which had some real horror stories. I'm leaning toward Millis as compared to the others.

I have done some research and have not really heard anything bad about Millis training school. My option is to go to Millis or attend a school and then apply to carriers. From the list of carriers that hire near the school, Millis still looks like one of the best as far driving when I am ready. I would like to know if anyone has gone through Millis and what their experience has been.

Offset backing!!!
It better. I think I know what I was doing wrong. Waiting for tomorrow to get back out there. I agree with the pride and necessity!
