30 day CPAP use

You basically need to be 70% compliant at 4 hrs a day for 30 days so basically 21 days out of 30. When I renewed my med card using Swifts dr they insisted on having 90 day's of compliance.

Whatever Happened to TractorMan?

double-quotes-start.png

I think G-Town gave JT s a report that Tractor Man got hurt on the job and is no longer doing the Coke gig. He may be considering going back OTR. G-Town will see this and update us I'm sure.

This is true. Haven't had any communication with Tractor Man since then. Back around Easter.

That's too bad, he was actually the first and only TT'er that I have met in person. He was basically just upgraded to solo virtually the day I signed up for orientation at Swift.

Whatever Happened to TractorMan?

Last I remember, he had basically finished training with Coke and then he disappeared. Any of you guys still in touch?

Student in a private CDL school

The Manteno IL terminal is actually one of my favorites. From the guys in the shop, up to and including the planners have always been top notch.

1 week left until swift.

I haven't been to Charlotte but everyone at the Richmond terminal was pleasant and extremely helpful while I was there.

Please don't do this to your fellow drivers.

Some of it has to do with the way the trailer was dropped. It's also caused by when a trailer is moved by the yard personal. If it's moved from a hole or downgrade to a level or upgrade location it will be too high. The opposite is also true. It's when you can see that they've been jack up all the way that you have to start thinking it may have been done on purpose.

Diamond driver

Swift is pretty lenient on OTD. Your not considered late unless it's really totally your fault and or unpreventable.

Losing water weight. Salt water?

Vinegar is actually good for you. It has probiotics and several other benefits. But we're talking maybe an ounce or two a day, not ounces per serving. LOL

I like pickles as a snack. I get my vinegar fix and they are basically no / low calorie and zero carbs.
