Anyone heard of Lobos Interstate Services?
I wanted to come clean on a personap medical problem that i was diagnosed with at age 14. At that age I was diagnosed with mild aspergers disorder. No one knew I had it and it didn't affect my school, friendships and I did 3 years in college and was fine. It will always put me at a social disadvantage and dealing with too much stress can wreck havoc on my life. Lobos is a prime example of just how useless I have been lately from my experience there and my need to get with a professional ASAP to alleviate these issues (FWI many celebs are possibly known to have it like Bill Gates, Eli Manning, Keanu Reevea, Dan Akroyd. Some have not come out about it.)
I have pUT a lot on here and I am honestly getting sick of it. Lobos has recently got an email about my problem.
There have been many times in my life where I screwed up and been through bad times. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that Lobos was the worst for the sacrifices I made to go there and come back empty handed and now currently delayed on reimbursement travel money. I never screwed up. They did. Moving on seems extremely diffult and that's why Aspergers is a disorder. Under extreme stress and depressIon I need help. There is only one way to move on and if lobos is reading this they have to call me so u can get my check.

Staying toned and ripped in trucking
Unless you have a really high metabolism drinking beer everyday is terrible for musle gains. If you drink one standard (PBR) everyday for one year on top of 2000 calories you will gain 15 pounds by the end of the year. I used to drink a lot of beer and only put on a small beer gut until i got uplenty to 210 pounds and said "enough is enough". I go out maybe once every other month now a binge. If you a guy who likes to party on the weekends and throw back a 30pk that's 4,000 calories. I didn't mention that amount of food (1,500 you will consume when binge drinking). You will get fat and obese.
Deli salads are not the best meals. Most contain processed ingredients and added chemicals. If you want a healthier choice make your salads from scratch using fresh potatoes and meat. I would use soy mayonnaise from the produce section.
Just to let you know the guys you see in fitness magazines stick to a extremely rigorous diet plan. You won't see these people ordering Domino's or fried chicken. If you do its after a contest or photoshoot.

I wold drive regionally. It worked out great for me until I had to move back to NH for a family emergency. You get to be home every weekend.

Staying toned and ripped in trucking
I just want to let people know that I go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and do a lot of outdoor hiking and activities. I eat very healthy food that consists mainly of fruits and vegetables nuts seeds and fish. I have two and a half months experience behind the wheel and I exercise regularly when I have breaks at shippers receivers or have periods of time for instance a 10-hour reset.
Driving long hours and not doing any exercise what's the weather can have serious implications and consequences to the body. Eating truck stop food high in fat and drinkIng half gallon mountain is suicide. Avoid truck stop food and ship at Walmart, Kroger, or any large grocery store. I always fill 1/2 of my cart with fresh fruits and vegetables. I then guy bulk nuts and seed. 2/3 of my cart is filled. After I go to the canned food isle and stock up on beans, tuna, rice. My last items I get are oatmeal, cereal and some diet cola, energy drinks. Don't eat fast food on a daily basis. The typical trucker is overweight and obese.
There are numerous ways you can stay fitter in a truck than holding a day job. You will have a lot of time on your hands at shippers, receivers, repair garages and truck stops during rest periods to work out. What I do GPS movie theaters and places of interest 3 to 5 miles away during a 10 hour rest. I will walk there, check it out, and walk back. At shippers and receivers I get my running shoes on a plan a 2 to 6 mile run along the road going into neighborhoods etc. I always tell the receiver that I'm going for a run and II'm back within an hour typically. I stretch when I get back then do push ups, squats, and crunches to fill more time. If I have a long holdover at a place I will add in lifting with a resistance cable to work all muscle groups. It you have a 34 hour reset get a gym membership with national chains or pay the $20.00 for two days and stay there 3 to 4 hours.
There is no excuse for getting fat on the road. It's giving drivers a bad image. Truck stops want you to get a food addiction and be obese. At how many truck stops do you see tables of fresh fruit? It's all soda, energy drinks (I drink them as a cheat staple), and greasy garbage. Enough is enough.
TA had started putting gyms in places. That's a start but I doubt it will become universal. Some companies are promoting fitness and healthy eating. A few place have gyms in there terminals.
As a first year driver I have not gained one pound over the road. I lost a few pounds and some days it was hwe'd because I would get hungry.
I don't dislike fat people. I have had a few friends that didn't give a damn about exercise and eating. I never hung out with them outside of work. I disliked there lifestyle choices. They would give opinions or put down the fact that I get more attention from girls. I do not tolerate getting put down provokingly or used a punching bag for frustration and dramas. If your an uptight and angry individual who wants to get healthier please feel free to contact me. I don't charge for my services.
If I was to steer away from my daily nutrititous meals, exercise, and hydration, which does happen sometimes each month , I wold start to loose my cool and before agitated. I've always been in good shape. When in my mid 20s i experienced a lot of anxiety and I was eating normal. After changing my diet to raw foods I saw a huge change. I have to constantly remind myself on a daily basis "produce section," or "local farmers market" to stock up on this medicine. Try it out truckers. Buy 10 pounds of bannas, 2 pounds of fresh broccoli, green peppers, frozen blueberries, strawberries, fresh kale. Eat up! See how you feel in a week then substitute that food for the twinkes, deli salads, chips, ice cream and beer.

You can already tell I'm a mess right now. I need proffessional help real bad to get my life back together. Loboa contributed to this and there could be many answers to why my life seems so miserable and sad.
Please don't delete this thread. Please don't ask questions or direct them towards me. I really don't want to post on here. The only thing that will make me better is a long workout at the gym. I tried to share getting in workouts waiting to be loaded/unloaded. At this point not saying anything works just fine. Have a good night y'all. I'll be ignoring this site till I get better.

Okay I'm going to be respectful but you're obviously not doing your homework. I don't believe in paying a dime for health insurance and I think the whole system of privatized insurance is pure evil. I was on Medicaid for a year-and-a-half and I didn't even apply for it being on food stamps for a few months i waa in truck driving school last year. I would love to be working today and in fact I'm going to be going to my parents house to do more work to help them out which will pay back apart of the loan they gave me of $500. I will be working by Wednesday but if I do any work it will eliminate the benefits verification process of the food stamp and casg back pay and basically I'm out to the $400 by working one to two days. When you're not working for one month and you were seeking employment and had hardship in the process which is why I have many pages on this thread I feel entitled to some compensation which I pay taxes for my entire life.

Anyone heard of Lobos Interstate Services?
I came back on here and was going to delete a lot of my old threads. I found that you can't do that. I never got a dime and yesterday took down my page. Since Wednesday I stopped posting about Lobos until people asked questions and stated things that were untrue of what I said.
Lobos put a lot of stuff on recently with my name. Numerous times I never even wanted to post but it seemed the only way to get in contact after I tried calling and emailing.
People have been supporive with advise and helped me move forward. If you want proof that I didb raise money for myself I can get all the info you want. I've been back in NH for 9 dwtreemd?6days. I applied for benefits as soon as I got back. The pros of not working at thw moment is having free health insurance for a year from yesterday (medicaid). No copay, free urgent care, free meds, free primary care doctors visits. Even if I put my next job in mediacid doesnt go away. The food stamps will.

I am going to go to different pages and participate in talks about fitness, physical and mental well being. I would not being up this thread.
This is my closing statement of lobos.
I feel as if the current Lobos has potential to thrive if they recruited people with 3 to 5 years of experience who knew a lot of the owner operator system. These individuals would need to be business orientated, intelligent, exprtIenced and safe drivers. I'm not saying Lobos doesn't have these people as drivers. At this point in my life Lobos is not a good fit and my opinions and thoughts of new drivers getting involved in that arena has no place due harsh criticism from myself and many others who were in my shoes. The exception for Lobos working for rookie drivers, in my opinion, are those with friends and/or family members as O/O educating them on the world of driving as an owner/leasor for years. I wish Lobos well if they reimburse me $300.00 by monday.
Fitness, maintaining/improving physique/ mental health while OTR. -Done it before and with dedication its easy to do.
Focusing my thoughts first on my health wellbeing (went for a long walk today, did pushups. I might pull a double gym session Sunday to catch up). I cannot work until my food stamps get verified even though they are approved. My parents need a lot of help (they live 20 min away) and Tuesday I should go back to my realtor gig temporarily until Western Express, JB Hunt, Knight transport or PTL set up an orientation. Prior to leaving I have to save up enough to get a new pair of running shoes, jump rope, rubber workout cable for residence workouts and a pull up/chin up bar.
When I was on the road for 2 and 1/2 months I would exercise my ass off almost everyday. If I had two hours of off duty time at a shipper I would slap on my running shoes, put on my headphones and ran 2 to 6 miles. On a warm sunny day I would tie the rubber resistance cable to the exterior parts of the cab and work biceps, trips, chest, legs then I would do push ups. I write all my reps down and get higher reps the next week. On rainy days if I had a long rest at the receiver or was waiting for a back haul dispatch I would get the umbrella and walk miles. One night at thr TA in Pittston PA I had walked about 7 miles to the movie theater I'm Scranton then 8 miles back to the truck. I was training then. This is my next focus and I'm going to train harder on the road.
I rarely eat truck stop food except coffee or $2.50 hot sandwich. I carry mostly fresh fruits, veget ables, nuts, tuna, canned beans and water. I'm crossing my fingers I get, not to sound gay, a fit vegetarian type who is not fat. Truck Driving is fun but the sedentary life puts a toll on your if you don't exercise when not driving. You may see on the jump rope or lifting resistance rubber tied to the steps or tractor frame. At first it was embarrassing after my 1st week of training, however, woulf you rather get fat and be the guy chasing down lizards at Walmart or get laid without saying a word or paying a hooker.

This is what the industry needs!!!
Im speaking on here having little experience. I love truck driving and I'm a good driver. I have a long ways to go. Safety on the road is always number one. If I get tired I'll pull into a pilot and drink 32oz of coffee. I've never had one moving violation, ticket or accident since I was 16. Fitness and maintaining a healthy style are extremely important to me. I love the outdoors and I go the gym often, run, hike in the mountains of NH, bike, play golf, fish, and relax.
What I am about to say may **** off some older drivers. This industry needs for intelligent (book smart) complainers who hold safety and there health as number one priorities. The truck driver click showing typical causian250 to 300 pound country man with southern accent eating 5 hamburgers bragging about a truck stop strip bar had to go. You see these guys on TV shows putting chrome all over their "big rigs". They love spending months on the road and run themselves to near death. Now as a result they have to get doctors to lie about there blood pressure and diabetes for a medical test. They run run run, and don't give a damp about there health.
What I would like to see I'd more intelligent young guys that go the gym and want to be home one every other week. They want to be able to exercise at home and see there girlfriends yet do something they love driving. These guys also want to work out at truck stops and complain on YouTube videos regarding the fact that barely any truck stops have them. I want to see a new breed of drivers screaming for change. I'm not saying the older men can't do it. Many are trying to not be morbid obese.
Recently I decided not to go with a job offer that required me to sign a 52 page contract and your out 6 weeks at a time. I worked for a regional company in Cincinnati and had to leave for personal reasons regarding my fathers car accident. He is OK now. I'm living in NH and there are nI trucking jobs. I know that with I n a few months I will be OTR for at least 4 weeks at a time.
I see a lot of great opportunities in driving. OTR driving doesn't have to be "life over the road" unless you want it too. It's a damp job but a fun one. Under no circumstances should an industry or career make so you will gain weight, lose wives, become diabetic and sleep deprived. Companies should give more home time which can explain the burnout and turnover in the industry. Does anyone care about truck drivers health? Where are the fitness centers and healthy food choices off highways? Why not have deals where you pay $8.00 to use the gym and get a free shower? On a side note showers are probably so expensive because drivers spend 30 minutes in them!
