What type of drug testing is done at major trucking companies?

I was just wondering what drugs they test for? I'm on psychiatric medications and have a good driving record. I am not on any benzos, amphetamines, or anything addictive. Do they test for EVERY medication or just benzos and street drugs? I'm reluctant to go to apply to trucking school because I'm on a medication that's considered an anti-psychotic, but is also used for mood stabilization. I am currently in nursing school, but have recently felt much less and less interested as the semester went on. I'm really worried I won't be able to get into trucking and have a strong interest in it. The medication I'm on is called Invega Sustenna? Thank you!
