Finding a career start in Idaho

I live in Mountain Home Idaho, a few miles away from the Mountain Home Air Force Base, and right in between Boise and Twin Falls. The PTDI Sage looks good in Boise and there is Top Gun in Twin Falls. However I was looking for a trucking company sponsored school that would offer a contract job to pay for tuition, something I would rather do since I'm not tied down to my current residence, and I would like a job right out of training. Does anybody know of a city in the state of Idaho or region near the state that has a company sponsored school?
