Unidentified beeping sound inside cab

No, nothing in the information center, & I've tried my company, but they're stumped too.

Gloria, you didn't mention this, so I'm asking. Freightliners have an "information center" between the tach and the speedometer. You've seen it, but if some beeper goes off, a notification comes up in that rectangle. Do you see anything there?

Also, I assume you're a company driver. Next time you're in a terminal, pull over to the shop. That's why they're there.

There's the black box that's the GPS antenna, but I don't think it's coming from that.

You don't have a small black box on the passenger side of the dash do you?

Unidentified beeping sound inside cab

Wondering if anyone can help me out with this. I drive a 2015 automatic Freightliner Cascadia with a Cummins engine, & for the past few weeks I have noticed a faint, high-pitch, intermittent beeping sound coming from somewhere inside the cab - seemingly the center of the dash. There are no lights associated with this, & it comes on at somewhat random times, lasting one to two seconds each time. I've only noticed it when the truck is on and I'm driving - I haven't noticed it while idling. I've ruled out a few things. It's not either one of my transponders, not my GPS, not the radio, & not my tractor tire pressure sensor. I've noticed it does seem to come on more frequently when I'm in a city and have to change my speed due to traffic. It will also often happen when I go over a bump. But even with the patterns or tendencies I've noticed, it's not 100% consistent. I've tried turning the battery off, letting it sit, then turning it back on & restarting it, & that did not do the trick. Any ideas?! Does this happen to anyone else?

Feeling discouraged - afraid to park at crowded truck stops

I've been OTR on my own for a little over a month now. So far so good for the most part. Overall, I'm really enjoying myself, & I'm getting the hang of things. But last week I had a really tough back, & though I eventually got the truck in there & managed to not hit anything, I feel like the experience was a whole lot more suck than success! When it comes to backing, I get the basics. And as long as I have some room for error, I have no problems getting the trailer where it needs to be. But this spot was so tight, there was VERY little room for error! I'd try something, & then I'd have to stop because I was going to hit something. It was trial, error, trial, error, trial, error.... for an hour and forty-five minutes! It really did a number on my confidence, & since then I've been terrified to park at any truck stop that requires anything more than a straight back. Also won't pull forward into a spot unless I'm confident I have enough room to make the turn. I've got some time today, & there's a fairly empty parking lot in which I can practice... But I just got done doing that for a bit & got frustrated all over again. I hate this "trial, error" stuff! I want a fricken formula! I want my mind to understand HOW I'm supposed to set up and WHY! And then - how do I know when to turn the wheel? How much? How long? I search videos, but they don't tell me these things. I'd love to spend some time with a good trainer so I can really start to figure this out and get my confidence back. Any tips in the meantime?
