We designed a marketplace for drivers both Owner Operators and Drivers without trucks to find work. You can use us to fill out your HOS, to work independently full time or use in between jobs. You of course manage your HOS. But we try to bring opportunities to not just O/O's but the other 3.2 million drivers out there who may time to time need to look for extra work. You operate as a 1099 independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes but also able to write off your own business expenses. You are a small business there are no benefits or paid vacations here. This can be a full time job if you desire or a part time as needed.... or not right for you at all.

You create your own online Driver Qualification File. We notify you of any expiring documents etc. We remind you to audit the file twice a year. This allows for a quick online decision from perspective motor carriers to hire you as an independent contractor on a per run basis. Motor Carrier is responsible for all necessary insurances. You drive. You are paid via your phone upon completion of the run. Runs are posted with all the details you would expect, equipment, necessary experience, all methods of pay, route, expectations of freight management and delivery instructions, etc. You apply if interested. They all vary. There is no forced dispatch. You are not a temp. You can come and go as you wish. There is no membership or any kind of fee for the driver. You work for yourself and make your own decisions.
