CDL training at Roehl. Live in Phoenix, but do not want to drive flatbed. Options?

Hey everyone. Like I said in the subject line, I live in Phoenix and am heavily favoring Roehl's CDL training program. I know that the program that is run out of Phoenix is for their flatbed fleet, however, I'd rather get my "sea legs" on the road first before attempting to wrangle all of the extras that come with pulling a flatbed.

I have scoured the forums and Roehl's website, but can't find anything on whether I'll be able to get on with either Roehl's reefer or van division out of Phoenix. Hometime doesn't matter to me as I'm more or less living out of a suitcase at a friend's house (recently ETS'd Army) and I don't have any real ties to AZ except that this is where I'm currently residing.

Thanks for the help!
