Appreciate the upside. Good thing I have the entrepreneurial spirit. Plus a company like Metropolitan Transportation Authority is not a fly by night company. I been there 3 years they also have inside positions come up such as commercial towing. My plan was to get back out there get a lead on a good contract under my authority go that route. JUST TALKING OPTIONS! ya dig? Imma GO GETTA. I thrive on adversity! I also like serving PEOPLE. That said, I’ll keep y’all posted what comes next so that if there’s anyone else’s circumstance is like mine they’ll have an additional possible option.🙂
So if my math is correct, switching companies every 3 to 6 months for 6 years would be 12 to 24 companies in that time frame.
I'd say pretty good odds that you'll not be finding too many takers...well any really. Maybe a fly by night 1099 company.
On the upside, you probably have a lot of interviewing experience.

Sir I came to trucking truth to inquire about options that may be available to me. I didn’t come on here to go back and forth about who is right or wrong. I thought I could get a refresher course or something that will give me the same hours as a student that will qualify me as recent experience or school grad status that will move companies insurance to carry me. Just for the record it’s not my unreliability it’s the insurances that requires it. At any rateThanks for taking the time to respond.
Another question
From 2015-2021 I bounced around every 3to 6months cause the pay wasn’t sustainable. This was one of the busiest times in recent history. If you couldn't make it work in that window, what makes you think you'll make it work in this economy?

I’m not picking and choosing you got the gist of it all….within those 6 years I was straight up with the employers stating to them: “ I don’t want to waste your time so what I need is 3000 miles per week. I don’t need to get home but 3-4 days every six weeks. If you can accommodate that then let go to work. Each time there was 2000 miles or less. In slime cases 20 year old dispatcher Owners nephew maybe think this is all a game when I got mortgages to pay. Sitting me up in salt lake somewhere 4 days while he give his lil buddies the premium runs. That’s why I resigned properly. I didn’t leave without notice. I resigned.
Let’s say I don’t meet the prerequisiteWhat does that mean? We're not mind readers here. If you want real advice drop the whole story. Don't pick and choose the parts you want to tell.
From 2015-2021 I bounced around every 3to 6monthsThere you go. You're not reliable and companies don't have time for that. It's a corporations market. They're not desperate for drivers right now. Truckers are getting laid off, people are trying their hand in this field out of desperation and freight levels are low.
You're going to have a hard finding a company to gamble on you. Just keep applying and see what happens.

From 2015-2021 I bounced around every 3to 6months cause the pay wasn’t sustainable. I was trying to find a company to retire from.
Let’s say I don’t meet the prerequisite however I have a CDL HOW DO I GET EMPLOYERS TO LOOK AT ME. I have zero tickets in 10 years, no accidents, no abandonments, clean for 10 years.
I have 20 years experience since 1995 to 2021. Since my experience is not within the last three years no one will hire me. The will hire a student one day out of school though. There’s gotta be something out there for me to do to qualify ??
The prerequisite is typically
1 year experience in 3 years
3 years experience in 5 years
5 years experience in 10 years
You meet those requirements, so I'm guessing there's more to this story.

I have 15 years or experience since 1995 thru 2021. Now that 1-3 years passed with no tractor trailer driving companies won’t hire me. But they will hire someone that is one day out of trucking school. What can I do?

Pass CDL DMV driving and skills test.
I decided not to go to school and to just take the driving test myself with DMV. Not a big deal. Glad I went this route. Saves me 2 to 6 thousand dollars tuition fees and free from obligation to drive for company for certain amount of time. Now looking to go to work in so cal.
