I have a friend who is transsexual and is well qualified to drive a truck and is being discriminated against this sexual preference I personally do not have A problem with anyone Who is well qualified to do the job this was on my mind and I thought I would post it and truckers truth

I have been driving solo with may trucking since the first of july. .....if anyone it thinking about going with them GO FOR IT....I LOVE THIS COMPANY GREAT BUNCH OF PPL TO WORK FOR

I just finished up orientation with May trucking at the Tennessee terminal. The people there are great,the atmosphere is wonderful..seems as if they really care about there drivers..

While i am a convicted felon and it was hard for me to get a company to even look at me. My felonies where 9 and 7 years old. A lot of them wanted me to be out of prison for a year. May Trucking gave me a chance when no one else would. Just keep grinding someone will take a chance on you....

I just got hired on with may trucking yesterday..The terminal in tn is family operated and the atmosphere is unbelievable. You will enjoy May seems to be a good company..

If all goes according to plan it looks like I'll be going with May Trucking out of Salem Oregon doing 48 state Reefer. They seem to be a good fit for my particulars.

As for the test today, I forgot to mention how I did (other than passed). I racked up 2 points on my skills test (you can have up 12 and still pass). I couldn't get seem to get lined up for my offset, and took an extra pull up. Missed nothing on my straight, or parallel. And I missed 17 on my road test (up to 30 is still passing).

And here and now I vow: I shall no longer so much as twitch my left foot while shifting. **** double clutching (pardon my language, lol).

Well day one of orientation we did the usual skills test paperwork if you youtube may trucking orientation day 1 it pretty much shows you what to expect...If anyone has thoughts about going to work for may trucking go for it..nice trucks clean terimal..And the staff is wonderful....

Yes, start a training diary for MTC. I don't believe they is one here yet.

There are some things common to all truck training programs: confusion about Hours of Service, and supreme frustration as you learn how to back a trailer. Come back with your questions.

I just graduated from tdi in richburg sc..my advise to you is to listen to everything the tell you.from my experience they pretty much give you the general knowledge and air brake and combination test for the cdl permit..i started on a monday and by Wednesday i had my permit.... Does anyone know anything about May Trucking. So far my thoughts and dealings with the driver recruiter has been great. I haven't read any bad reviews on them. Just wanted to what people had to say on this forum
