I'm also planning to start trucking career next year and I really appreciate all the advice and info you ladies share on here. Groceries for cheap on the road!
Thanks for all the ideas. These are great! I have seen alot of packaging of vegetables in pouches instead of the cans that would also be good to not take up to much storage area. I'm sure you all have seen the tuna packaged in the pouches and all sorts of other food stuff like olives etc.
