Information on Crete trucks

I'm looking to join Crete Carrier and I have been told if I want a fridge that I have to pay them 500-600 for that and if there is not an invertor I also need to pay for that.. Is this normal for most carriers? Also was told the single deductible for insurance is $1,000 is this true?
