I appreciate everyone's response! I called crst and I got approved. I'll take it! Just need the experience right now since I just graduated from driving school a couple months ago. I'm 23, broke up with my long term bf, now residing at my mom's...so I have absolutely no attachments to worry about. Just want to say thank you😊

I'll try CRST. Have nothing to lose at this point. Do they look at moving violations within 3 years or 5 years? I have a couple tickets that are 4-5 years old.

I don't understand. If you had current insurance but an expired card, it seems to me you could have produced that information to the court, and there would have been no suspension. An expired card does not mean expired insurance. I would get back with the court and have that removed. Seems pretty straight forward to me.

Same thing happend to me... Brand new car and I was working out of town when my plates expired. Lost the ticket and bam... suspended... Call CRST and be on a bus next week.

So my license was suspended by failing to provide insurance on my personal vehicle earlier this year. I had insurance on my car at the time, but I didn't have the up to date card to show. I recently obtained my CDL and so far I've only applied to 2 companies. Prime called first and I was disqualified due to that suspension. They want it to be a year old. It happened in February of this year. My question is...do you know of any companies that will take me with that being on my record?

I recently obtained my class A CDL and I have been having so much trouble finding an outfit who will take me with 2 speeding tickets. One was going 18 over and the other 20 over. They're now a year old...it was a bad year to say the least. Regardless, I am a better and safer driver now that I've been in a truck. Does anyone have any suggestions on which outfits will take me regarding these 2 speeding tickets? I love truck driving and I know this is where I belong, but I'm in need of HELP! I've applied to May trucking and they did take the time with me but ended up denying me because of these 2 tickets being 15+ over. I've applied to larger and better known outfits as well with the stamp of disapproval. I am getting discouraged, there has to be someone who will take me and be forgiving about these tickets that are hindering me from doing what I enjoy.
