Some friendly advice

Hello All,

I just graduated with my CDL's this past Friday, I have an opportunity for a dedicated route or OTR. I was told to be considered experienced you have to go OTR, is this true? Also what are some companies to stay away from or try to get into? The company that offered me the positions is Schneider.

HDS Driving Institute?

Hello all,

I'm looking to get into the industry and looking for some advice on the best route to take? Their is a school near me and wanted to know if it was a good recognized school, it's call HDS Driving Institute in Arizona. I have also talked to a few recruiters about going with them paying for my training and then signing on with them from anywhere from 6-12 months, is this a good idea?
