Hello i have been working with my dm for few weeks and its been rather difficult when i ask a simple question he yells at me trying to find a way to grow with the company but its like he has it against me i been here two months shy from a year and really wanna stay with company but he is making it difficult what can i do

Right now im homeless and dont have a legit place was using my buddys address plus in north Carolina you gotta have your own insurance.

Hey guys man i sure have tooken what you have told me to heart and still with western transfer to Nashville and its a big change little sad gonna have ti transfer back to California side tho but ill still hang in there reason im going back is becuse i could not change my cdl to north Carolina but it is what it is i just wanted to say thank you for your input.

Im so very confused just moved to nc and middle of transfer my cdl i was told i need proof of liability im a company driver and dont have my own insurance

The story is that they kept messing up my paperwork and becuse of that i never got paid it even ****ed off my trainer seeing what they were doing

I went though training with them they were so messed up i couldn't even do my hours though qualcom so trainer helped me keep track then when i got on my own they kept messing up for some reason and never got paid they kept saying it will be next week and after three months i got fed up cus could not feed myself or pay bills

I just read articles old school sent me and wanna say thank you i have been a really hard worker put my 110 percent never refuse any loads always get in on time i even asked to go otr from regional but ca base dont do otr so the positive i try to put out i keep running into brick walls
