Truck Wash question

Do truckers generally prefer to use a truck wash thats near a truck stop where they will sleep? I'm looking at opening a truck wash and the location is where two major highways intersect. There is NOT a large truck stop near by though so I'm wondering if it will make money or go bust. The closest truck stop is Loves, and its about 12 miles away. Please everyone chime in!!!
