Thank You Sue D. I was hoping to get my CDL, and obtain a local job where I can be home daily. I could be OTR for only 2-3 weeks a month at a time after obtaining my CDL's. Maybe I will be able to find a flexible company. I don't want to get stuck in a contact and not have any control over how many days I am on the road for, the year commitment is fine, I'm okay with that part of it.

Well I've made up my mind! I want to be a Truck Driver! I grew up in a trucking family and at this point in my life I can actually fulfill my obligations with schooling. I'm thinking of joining Napier trucking in Hamilton, Ohio. Im going to call them tomorrow to see how much there schooling is and the next start date.. I'm soooo excited!!!!!

Hi, I am new to the forum. I was wondering if anyone has attended Napier trucking school in Hamilton, Oh? If so can you tell me the cost of the program. I am thinking about attending their part time program. I have looked into several companies that offer the " FREE" CDL training, but will I have to do OTR or can I just do daily at home? Any =body work for these companies-Crete/Schneider/TMC/Celadon/Us Express
