Easy.. Go to walmart and buy a good swing arm mount for a flatscreen tv (ours is 32" also). We are in a Freightliner Cascadia and have the mount bracket bolted to/through the inside front of the cabinet just behind the jump seat. The tv tucks flat against the front inside facing the sleeper and can be watched in that position in the sleeper, Or the swing arm can be pulled out allowing tilt the tv a bit and you to watch it from either the sleeper or the drivers seat when parked.

The mount costs about $50 and we used heavier bolts with nuts and large washers than the mount kit originally came with. The larger washers was to add more support to that flimsy cabinet so the bolts wouldnt pull out.

To keep the tv from swinging around when the truck is moving, we use a very tiny bungee that is hooked to the back of the plate attached to the tv from a tiny hole in the inside upper back part of that opening/storage cubby. We just unhook it when we are parked and want to swing the tv out.

To mount the tv this way, we had to put 2 holes through the cabinet that are hidden by the sleeper curtain. We did get approval from our company to drill these holes. When the tv is secured it does stick out of the cubby about 5" or so, but not far enough to really be in the way.

Got another question what is a good way to mount a 32 inch flat screen tv inside a 2017 cascadia freightliner?

I drive a 2017 cascadia and we will be using a 300 watt power drive for the tv and then another 300 watt power drive for the ps4

I keep my laptop on the truck with a few games and I also use it to watch amazon instant video.

There will be times when you'll have to wait.on a load or something, but it's not going to be often. Still, it's nice to have something around to blow off steam when you do have time. Just have to look for those places where you can get a good enough cell signal where you can Hotspot to your phone, unless you have some sort of dedicated Internet service on your truck, like satellite.

I do ok with using my phone as a Hotspot, sometimes, it's no good at all. And truck stop WiFi is usually no good. Even pilot, where they are advertising upgraded WiFi, I've tried it, and it's still bad.

How do you secure it all ? From moving around

And I do love the trucking life so far I see things I never thought I would see and I have done more things at 21 years old then most people will do there entire life. So if I can make the married life and trucking life both work together I will be in this industry a very long time..

With CRST you get one day for every week up to 4 weeks nothing more after that but I am also trying to get either dedicated or regional because it would help out alot back home

I would start first with dispatch. I drive regional and home every weekend but from what I've gathered most OTR companies I thought were for each week out you earned a day off. I understand the importance of the family but if there's any and I mean anything you can do to keep from breaking that contract it would absolutely be best for your families future.
