JimW, the moderator's right. Some of us love the job. I'm retired military and had similar headaches with my command; unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of just quitting. What do you do when your things at your desk job don't go smoothly? I'm sorry you had that experience but things may have been different for you if you had a mentor or at least asked the experienced drivers on this site for some guidance. Good luck in your job.

Husband going to drive and I want to quit my job and do it with him
Follow your heart. It's been awhile since your initial post. Did I miss the update? How are you both doing? How's the life treating you? Best wishes. I'm a big fan of going against the grain (i.e. the "norm") because you can't put a price on happiness and the journey alone is worth the trip. :-)

I quit Swift Transportation voluntarily but they wrote I was involuntarily fired on my DAC for safety policy
Team Venture, you got quite a mess and I don't know where to begin. For starters, if I were you, I'd write the moderator and ask to delete the names of the people you made reference to for legal reasons; then I'd step back, take a deep breath and consult an attorney. In the meantime, try using Swift's chain of command (i.e. corporate) but do go in blind. Do the research. If you aren't articulate and/or are easily rattled, find someone more mature to assist you. Good luck.
