Hazmat loads and scales

Hello, if your hauling a hazmat load, are you required to stop at every scale regardless if you get the bypass or not? Thanks!

Any current west side Transport drivers?

Thank you for the info, is it really gaurenteed weekends off on the regional account? I did hear that you can have 2-3 days off if your OTR, is that true?

Thank you for the response everyone! Susan, I was told they give you a Commdata card to pay for tolls, how does that work? Are you Otr or on the regional lane? Can you talk about the guaranteed weekly pay? I’ve heard you sometimes have broker loads, how does that work? How’s westside’s equipment? I’m currently with one of the bigger carriers and sadly the miles are not there. I’ve brought it to their attention, and they’ve changed my schedule around, but I have a feeling things are not going to change.

Hello, I’m looking into moving to Westside, from what I’ve heard from a recruiter, it sounds pretty good, but I also know that recruiters sometimes are not always going to be straight with you. Just wondering if the miles and pay are there?

Celadon vs Roehl

I thought my mind was set on starting with Roehl, but I've been looking at Celadon too, I kinda like the idea of starting out with a teammate the first 6 months, simply because there would be someone there to assist, Plus the pay with team driving sounds appealing because I am a father of 3 and the biggest reason I've decided to do this is so that my wife doesn't have to work any more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

New Solo driver miles.

I've been looking at a lot of companies and it looks like Roehl will work best for me and my family. I plan on starting my training with them in April. Thanks for your response!

New Solo driver miles.

The recruiter for the company I've been looking into said that I would begin getting about 2000 miles a week, after 6 months my miles would increase, (2300-2600) but not by much. Does every company limit newbies on the mileage they receive? Or does it essentially depend on you running hard? any tips for running more miles in a week? Thanks!

Any Roehl company drivers fresh out of training?

Just wondering if I could get some input from any recent Roehl cdl grads? How training was? being out with a trainer? What kind of miles your getting and what cpm your getting fresh out of the gate, Ive been talking with a recruiter and have read often times they mislead you, I want to know if what they told other newbies is accurate Roehl is the company I'm going to pursue, just would like some insight. Thanks!
