A driver code? I don't think so, yes they paid for my orientation and I just passed my test this past weekend.

So back to my original question, can they put negative stuff on my DAC if I haven't even started with them yet? I did go thru their orientation

They only check with DMV twice a week to see if my MVR has been updated from class c to class a. They want me to call everyday to check on it.

I think I meant my DAC, it was just something I heard or read. Someone left a company earlier than the company wanted and they put negative comments about him on it and kind of screwed him. Just trying to get it sorted out before I leave where I currently am, I just got my license and haven't even started driving yet

No I haven't, no contract with them.

I just got my CDL A license and am trying to find something out. It was my understanding that the company I hired on with would be paying me while I waited for a trainer. Now they are telling me to contact them when my MVR has been updated before they will do anything. Now it was probably naive of me to think think I would be getting paid to wait, I am however unemployed and need the job. Now, if I leave to go to another company I have heard stories that the company will put some negative stuff on my reports...is this true?

I just finished my second week with Roadmaster/Werner out here in California. It is definitely a lot of information to take in. I am doing a 3 week course. This coming week will be my "senior " week. Learning to double clutch is hard with being used to driving a personal vehicle for so long. Getting a lot better though. Don't get frustrated like me. You have to have patience.
