Start orientation on Friday at Werner

Then let you're trainer know that u feel u need to hone ur reversing skills start small straight line then as u get more confident slowly work ur way into an ally dock and the harder stuff. When u are at a truck stop sitting there ask ur trainer to show u how to do this I used to do it at the petro on i81 Scranton PA or the TA in Lodi Ohio due to the size of the parking lots there. The petro at stoney ridge Ohio is also a very good sized lot or hell better yet at any if Werner's terminals

Thank you, I am just so nervous because I would have like more time behind a wheel then what I got at my school. I did get my CDL thanks to the school but I feel like I should have more time driving and backing up.

Just remember with ur trainer that is his truck and keep ur things tidy and neat. Nerves are common once you get ur own truck drive it and the never will soon go away stay away from lease purchase they are not designed for the driver to get ahead of you get tired pull over and when you are in control of the truck weather u r with a trainer or not if you don't feel comfortable doing something don't do it final judgement comes from the person behind the wheel not the trainer he is there to give you tips and show you how to do things and the use of the ELD aka Qualcomm driver net xatia ect.

I start orientation on Friday at Werner and very nervous about it because have not driven a truck in over a month. I am not sure what to expect at orientation and that I am a new driver.
