Well to be totally honest. I had a headache/ head pain along with severe neck pain. Could barely turn my head sounded like gravel when I turned my head. I believe I was poisoned at work....very long story. I know sounds crazy as hell. But it is true. Anyways Dr's couldn't find anything wrong. Said take ibuprofen. Already tried that with no relief at all. Worst headache of life 24/7 for 5 months. So....my friend gave me his script of vicodin. They helped. So for a few months I took them everyday. Then same guy who poisoned me broke into my home while at work. I quit job same day. Moved to wisconsin. Went to Dr. Told him everything. He agreed to give me 2 month script to ween off....did drug test to confirm. Also on drug test was mariuana as I par took with some friends the week before I moved. As i knew i wouldnt have job for 2 or 3 months. I am clean on pot now. Will never go back to that. Have one vicodin left it will be gone tonight. I haven't worked since December 6th the day my home was burglarized. Also the guy who did all that poisoned my dog to gain entry. I have pics of drugs in meat that my dog didn't eat. Thank God. She ran out of house at chance of freedom. Full police report also. So that's my situation. I know it's as crazy as story as you'll ever heat. But I swear on my life it all to be true. The headache has went away except maybe once a week or so. Comes back with extreme stress or emotion. My ears still ring constantly also. I read online about all the symptoms I've had. Suggests heavy metal poisoning. Again Dr's checked for lead an copper found nothing. Other than ears ringing I'm healthy. Ive been class A for 4yrs never had any violation or accident of any kind. I was very very good at my job. 36yrs old also been heavy equipment operator for 20yrs. I'm too scared to go take test an lose my cdl. But I guess I will lose it either way if I don't renew my medical. Im not a lier an hate to lie to examiner saying no meds. But after today I won't be on anything. Just worried he will see script or the drug test in my primary physicians medical history. I need my life back on track.

Right I understand that part. But will dot examiner be able to see what precriptions I've had? I had a brief script for narcotic while unemployed. I'm no longer taking them. The reason I was on them will not easily be explainable to dot physican. Now med card needs renewed and need to get job in near future. I'm just concerned I will be disqualified and have to go through an sap program. This was a brief thing 2 month script. No physical problems at all...I'm healthy and can handle a rig as well as anyone. But in my medical records it will state a not very good reason for having them.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not a dot medical examiner will look at/ have access to medical history and prescriptions from other Dr's?

Medical history
So what if I went to my primary care dr. And he did a drug test an I test positive for mariuana use during a time in which I was completely unemployed. It is now in my medical records. I had no job when I used and still don't 3 months later. I am not using the herb anymore nor will in future as I moved out of state. It was a going away kinda thing and I don't even know anyone or anywhere to get any even "if" I wanted to. So my question is when I get my medical updated will examiner look at my medical records and see the hot test? I know I shouldn't with hold anything but I'm very afraid to disclose the past usage. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And believe me I too would not want someone behind a big rig on dope. But I never did drive during time of usage. I was unemployed. Everyone makes mistakes. I just figured I won't be working for 3 or 4 months an Id be ok. But forgot about question of drug use in last 2 years. An not sure how it works now with electronic medical records.
