I think me signing that contract was out of desperation for work (more like inpatience) I had a cdl when I went to prime but they gave us the "not enough hours" bs. I broke the contract because I wasn't happy working for prime. I would like to know what other people have done when they break the contract. I heard someone saying that they take it out of your taxes at the end of the year. Just want to know what alternative I have with prime.
Dari the contract is not BS. Prime trained you, invested in you and in return you agreed to work for them a set period of time by signing a legally binding contract. Of course you will owe them whatever is remaining on your financial obligation. Most companies are willing to work out a payment plan.
Why do you want to break the contract?
