I had a cdl when I went to prime but they gave us the "not enough hours" bs. I broke the contract because I wasn't happy working for prime.

Dari, that satement indicates you already quit a previous trucking job, and also tells us you aborted that mission early. Otherwise Prime would have been more than happy to take you on as an experienced driver.

What happened prior to getting hired by Prime? The answer to that question may hold the key to why you seem to be struggling at this.

I heard someone saying that they take it out of your taxes at the end of the year. Just want to know what alternative I have with prime.

Dari the contract is not BS. Prime trained you, invested in you and in return you agreed to work for them a set period of time by signing a legally binding contract. Of course you will owe them whatever is remaining on your financial obligation. Most companies are willing to work out a payment plan.

Why do you want to break the contract?

Have anyone here worked for prime inc and broke the one year contract? If so did you actually payed them back or the contract was bull****🤔
