can someone just give me a rundown of what the driving record should be? the point system and how accidents and speeding affect to what point? how many times can a violation be fought? When do you know that you actually have no chance of working as a trucker anymore?

If you get into an accident and you find out the company decided they didn't add you to their insurance and let's you know after the accident, what happens? It was discussed that I would drive after I was added to their insurance and later learned that that never took place and I have been driving for them. A unfortunate accident has happened and the company disclosed this to me. Can someone shed some light as to what happens?

Working getting 1099. It's not allege company a small one. I will pick up and drop off a load and the employer will not pay me the right amount per mile. They pay half and make up reasons. Is there a way to get my money?

I had to leave one employer because it was becoming a habit and they still owe me money for the work I have done. How do I get my money? I was driving in another state and my tire blew out, I have witness that state that as well. there was another car involved the the passenger is safe and no injuries to her except they were shooken up and so was I.
