This was a pre employment urine test over 2 months ago. I haven't smoked weed in about 15 or 20 years. My problem is I don't even know what I was positive for. I never heard from the company or the lab. My friend just said they told her. My thinking is if they just didn't want to hire me probing anything about the test won't change that. This is a small company. By the way the sample was split into 2 and the paper work was for a for test but it was pre employment

I should have been more clear. I would not take a drug test I couldnt pass. I figure they didnt want to tell her they didnt want to hire her friend so they made something up. Is there any way I can prove this and if so would it be worth the trouble.As far as I know a MRO has to contact you for all positive tests. Yes I do have a cdl . If there was a failed test wouldnt cdl be suspended or something until I went through the steps to driving

A friend of mine put a word in for me with a company. I went for a pre employment drug test. I never heard anything back from company or MRO but my friend said the boss told her I failed the drug test. Is this even possible. I know mistakes happen but shouldnt I have been called. Isnt it illegal to tell someone else the results of my test.
