Just got acepted to CRST after being turned down by Prime , Swift , and Jim Palmer .... have a past ...but felonies were over 18 years old , one dui 10 years old ..... no money to afford school and dont want to risk hair follicule so I was limited and needless to say CRST was willing to take me .... any advice

Lance congrats on the acceptance , I also am in a similar situation , getting turned down because of my past ....just applied to CFI and was wondering who you spoke to and / or how you went about being accepted for the school/training to get your nCDL and drive for CFI ..... Please and thanks

Hello to all,

I just received a call from CFI, I was accepted into school. I'm excited about this opportunity. They have fully considered my past felony and are giving me a shot. After being turned away from 10 different CDL training companies, CFI is giving me a chance. I'm headed out to Missouri in late June to start school.

A big thank you to Brett for creating this site and the High Road CDL series. Also, to all of you that kept me moving straight and true with all of your knowledge and advise. I have only just begun.

I will enter school with a good attitude, ready to study hard and learn. Looks like I'll be entering the rookie ranks very soon. I'm up for the challenge. After 11 years in the box, I can do this.
