I had a demo with BigRoad and KeepTruckin and it seems that BigRoad charges extra for every user you add to your account. Let me explain this since it took a while for me to understand. If I have 5 drivers so BigRoad will charge $25 per month but if I want to add a staff member to monitor their logs and any violations then for each staff member they'll charge me $15-$20.

KeepTruckin on the other hand will charge $20 per month with no sneaky charges.

At this point, I am not even concerned about upfront charges as long as it doesn't cross the $20-$25 mark per month because it makes sense for my accounting books. I think I am going to with KeepTruckin since their app is easy to use.

Jason my company is in the same boat. I have been the test I guess since I'm the only one that has ever run an electronic log. I have used the Keep Trucking app and it works well. They are happy with the software on that end and are working out the costs now for the module that plugs into the ECM. According to what Keep Trucking has told the boss there will be no difference in the app and full version to the user. They haven't shared anything else with me up too this point as far as cost or specifics about a contract.

I spoke to some of the suggestions and the hardware costs are killing me. The only ones making sense so far are BigRoad and KeepTrucking, anyone used them here?

Have you guys heard of KeepTruckin?

Does anyone have any information on this? My company is looking for an ELD solutions and we would like to hear what everyone here is using.
