Truckers Having a Pit Bull OTR

Hi Paul,I too have been researching pet friendly companies as I want to drive truck but have "kids" I can not leave behind. I have heard about Prime as well, but I also just found out about Werner; they allow any size/any breed AND they have a training program. I am strongly considering them. Just wanted to share that info with you. Hope it was helpful. And GOOD LUCK!! Debbie

Thanks to ALL that have responded to my question!! You have been a tremendous help and much appreciated!! Still doing my research, trying to find best company sponsored training that is pet friendly. Don't like to job hop, want to start out with the right company and stay. Thank you ALL once again!!

Pet friendly trucking companies

Hi, new here, am seriously thinking of driving truck, looking into schools. My sister drives OTR and we talk often, she's been a big help. But, I'm having a hard time trying to find out which companies are pet friendly, my sister said she sees it a lot with other truckers. My dog is like my kid, am willing to make the sacrifices to go out on the road; but not so sure if I can make that one..please help, thanks, Debbie
