Hello Dave. I hope all is well. My name is Seth. I recently applied at Wil-Trans. I have a tentative date of Sept 25th for arrival. I have done a lot of research on trucking companies that offer schools and was on fence w either Prime or Wil-Trans. Your blogs, along with all the info on this site and various other have convinced me that WT is the one for me. I will know for sure this coming week as I still have my 2nd round interview w my recruiter Ryan. He has been very helpful and we've had 2 talks that both lasted over an HR a piece. You along with him, have said things that others have echoed about class sizes and the training atmosphere which is something I am very interested in. Now that you're clearly out and have been OTR for a while , I wanted to know what your thoughts are on WT, their training program and general work environment is ? Do you get miles, how's the pay( I know it varies, but in general) , do you get the home time you want etc. Any thoughts or information would be greatly appreciated.
