Well I have had my CDL since Febuary but have been busy so haven't been able to post. The instructor tried his **** again with a different student and when she complained to the school they not only suspended him they fired him. The police used my case along with the other students for probable cause to arrest. Who knows where it goes from here but that isn't my focus. I have my CDL and driving local to boot.

Update. I have my CDL and the instructor is in jail.

Here is an update. I have been suspended from school. The instructor was cleared even though he admitted to everything. Since he was never told the policy he isnt responsible. He is also back to work. I have one week to reply to there decision. I have no clue where to go from here at this point. I just found out all this yesterday. A lot of decisions to make.

Thank you for explaining the process. I haven't been able to get an answer on that. My medications are listed on my dot medical form due to my first drug test results. How long does the process take as I am not allowed back until then.

I am very frustrated at this point. It seems like it is never going to happen. I am not giving up though. I am going to show them they can't hold me down!!

I have no idea if I am going to be able to graduate now. On Friday 2 days before testing I was told by the admin person she heard rumors from other students. I had to take another drug test. Mind you I have no issues taking one except my meds pop as pcp and I need to get another statement from the dr. According to DOT & FMCSA they are only allowed to do it if behavior is observed by a supervisor. She did say if not for suspicion she would claim random yet I am the only student that has been randomly selected ever. Can't I just pass my test already instead of being suspended till this is cleared up.

Do you think a company would transfer my schooling to there CDL program?

Well doesnt look like I am testing on Tuesday. With everything going on they are making me take another drug test. I dont have an issue doing it just a pain. My meds always give me a false positive. So then I have to get another script from the Dr. to prove I am on the meds. They wont even get the test back until Monday then I get to jump through hoops getting the paperwork they want. I am so fed up with this school. I have the knowledge and access to a cmv. I should just go on my own and it.

Yes I am still here. While I was mock testing the instructor got a phone call that I needed to go to the college immediately. Instead of going I called. She changed the meetin to 8 am this morning. 5 minutes from now. They wouldnt tell me what it is about. All I know is everything that has happened here has made me more determined than ever to pass my test on Tuesday. It is going to be one and done. I drove the route for the driving test this morning and the right turn that everyone is failing is easy peasy. I got this.

I will be going back. I am not going to let them take this from me. I am actually more determined more tjan ever to get my class a. I have actually have something in the works. I already have a local job once I get class a. My boss asked when am I going to get it because he really wants me to work for him. He has been after me to go to school. I told him what I need to graduate and I think that he is going to help with it. He was putting his kids to bed when I talked to him tonight. I am just really ****ed at how the school is handling it.

Everything else that is going on I can actually deal with. I was more or less just venting.

Why there are 2 different reasons. First of all he was in the weekend class and I am in the full time class. He got the call from his dr not to drive last week. He lied and told me he wasnt working due to weather. He was scared to tell me the truth about his health because he is scared.

After everything that has happened at the school I am not sure I want to return considering I was told today that they took all the steps that they feel they need to do as in suspending him till I graduate. What about the females that attend the school after I graduate.
