This is for a first physical card this is not a renewal card. I want to see a different doctor for my physical but I am just wondering if the information that I provide about my medical history will already be in the federal system from the doctor I recently saw even though he didn't pass or fail me. He told me it will stay on file for 45 days then I will have to retake it. So when the 45 days is up does that mean he legally can't submit my information to the federal government because it is on pending. I hope that made sense to you
I'm not sure on this one Christopher. When I went to renew my already expired card I was told a "Determination Pending", which is what you have, will not be recorded to my states DMV as a legitimate renewal. I had to get at least a 90 day card. My guess is no for your answer.
It will all depend on your particular situation, and where you live.

If your physical exam is on pending and the 45 day limit of it expiring is approaching does the information you gave get filed to the federal or does it all get erased because you didn't pass or fail?

CDL physical exam
He has it on pending because he needs further documentation now what I am asking is if even though it is pending will the information be submitted into the federal database or can he not do that because I didn't fail or pass. In other words if I get a second opinion from a different physician and tell him no I'm not taking a psych med ( which as of this week I am not ) and he passes me will my physical card get pulled because I told the other doctor who has me on pending I was taking a psych med ( at the time I was) and the federal or local DMV or whoever it is thinks I gave false information
