Dui and wet reckless tickets

New to this forum I have a big question that's been wearing me down inside for the longest so I received a Dui ticket in 2015 when I was 19 then received another ticket in 2017 for a wet and reckless will I be able to obtain a Cdl after year suspension is lifted from my class c license
