Trying to ID year/model. Older rig.
My guy has a truck I believe is from the 80s. It was his grandpa's and is really important to him. I slapped a star on there to cover up the company name/#. He is still running his grandpa's trucking company.
He dreams of restoring this to working condition. I don't want to ask too much about it or snoop or I'll give away the surprise. But I want to find a small replica for Valentine's for him if I can.
But I have no idea where to look or the year or make! That's terrible perhaps. Haha. Any ideas?

Wow that model is amazing! I'm searching for 73 or 74 diecast cabover freightliner..its a harder hunt than I thought to find on as close as possible in red. Little differences here and there. Or big ones...particularly the top.
I suppose to get the perfect replica I'd need to build my own like you did. But man that takes crazy skills! The scale on yours means its very tiny correct?
