Mistakenly took one of my wife Adderall thinking it was one of my aspirants. Failed drug test.

Wait... so on the same day you took one pill ever..you got pulled for a random? Or was this orientation or what?

Are you just going for a CDL or have you had it already?

cant you just go through the program and back to the same company?

No I had been with company 4years random all the time . Why would I just get up and say to myself, "I am going to take this and ruin my career."

So people don't need to be so judgemental. Because y'all are no better than the next person. If y'all think you are y'all need to step back and take a look at yourself cause UR not.

No offense but when I take a Tylenol or zantac I look at it before I put it in my mouth. I've never just tossed a pill in my mouth without looking to see what it is, I mean, I have to before anyway so I can see where it is in my hand.

Now I would like to know if someone could give me a answer that makes . Yes it was a mistake that I took it I am not a dope head.Ok my point is this happened so I done some research. Now dot rules are if this happens to you.You must go through the sap program to be able to return to join your safety-sensitive job. Which I understand but after you complete program it sill stay's on your Dac and Dmv for I think 4 to 7 years. My point is you go through all of this too make it right by law.Now can somebody tell me why they ain't a law that says once a driver has completed the sap program and release back to safety-sensitive Duty. That the failed drug test cannot be used against him or her when applying for other trucking jobs.
