Upset Mother

This is a whole different scenario. This sounds like she is just a passenger, not an employee. The paperwork gives him permission to have her on the truck for insurance reasons. She is there at his invitation. I highly doubt any company would be obligated to retain her on the truck in this situation.

And yes, I have seen this a few times. Couples fight, one gets kicked off the truck... then they meet up again.

I'm guessing she is young and seeking adventure. The best thing would be to encourage her to come home. If he is violent, she needs to get off that truck and even do a gofundme if you need to get her a bus ticket. Whatever is safe for her.

She wants to come home. We live in Oklahoma and they are up north. She is hoping they can get closer so we get her. He is getting jealous she is talking to us. He won't have acheck this week he draws all his money early and we put food on the truck before they left. How to do a GoFundMe if it comes down to it.

Upset Mother

Can a Crete driver just drop off someone on the side of the road or do they have to get paperwork to get the person removed from the truck?

It's my daughter she is on a truck with her boyfriend and he keeps in saying he is going to dump her. He did have the paperwork done to have her there. He begged her to go.
