Medical cannabis and CDL license

Hello ladies and gentlemen i have a question regarding medical cannabis and the CDL license. currently i have cancer i just finished my radiation,chemotherapy and all of that and am waiting to see if i need surgery in May i am expected to be fine and survive etc but now i have an Illinois medical cannabis card which i use mainly to get clean,pure CBD oil to help shrink my cancerous tumor i planned on going to truck driving school after surgery and everything is finished can i just turn in this medical cannabis card when im finished and get my CDL after 90 days of not using any cannabis?
