DWI North Carolina

My stepson just landed a dream job, and they are requiring a CDL. When he started the process, an open case from 7 years ago came up in North Carolina. It was a DWI from his time in the Marines. I have tried attorneys in the area to no success. He thought this was handled by an attorney at the time, but it was not. It has never gone to court, and until he applied for the CDL, he had no clue it existed. He has a valid drivers license in Illinois.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Thanks

When I went to school my roommate had a similar issue. He contacted the local court and then the officer. He got it taken care of and continue on. Good luck sticky situation

Did you finish your CRST contract

They drop my pay when team members quit. I had several team members that couldn’t back and could hardly go straight. They also didn’t pay me a dime positive money for a month.

The Road Less Traveled; Governed Truck Speed

62 mph is crazy. That makes for hazards driving when you can go the speed limit

Hello Rennell, I started in Cedar Rapids as well. Your in for a crazy ride. I didn’t finish my contract but I feel they broke it first. I loved my dm there. I’m still driving and still learning everyday. I’ve been with my currant company almost a year. Good luck and hang in there.
